I started my career at Google, where I was the first associate at Google Ventures and served as assistant to the President of Americas Operations. The kind of role where you learn how the biggest companies in the world actually work — from the inside.
Then I left to build my own things. Five times over.
I've founded companies across tech, nonprofit, food & beverage, fitness, and entertainment. Some succeeded. Some didn't. Every single one taught me something the business books don't cover — like how to pivot when your identity is wrapped up in something that no longer works, or how to make decisions when the stakes feel impossibly personal.
Along the way, I've advised 100+ startups on go-to-market strategy, sales, positioning, and scaling. I have an NYU Masters in Nonprofit Management & Social Entrepreneurship. And right now, I'm building an immersive nightlife destination in Phoenix — because I'm still in the arena. Still building. Still iterating.
That's the difference. Most coaches are observers. I'm a participant. I know what it feels like to stare down a pivot when your mortgage depends on it. I know the loneliness of being the most capable person in the room and still not knowing what's next. I know the specific kind of stuck that hits high-agency women who've already proven they can build — and now the thing they built doesn't fit anymore.
Realign exists because I've been you. Not in theory. In the lived, messy, exhilarating, terrifying practice of redesigning a life while living it.
You don't need more research. You don't need to "think about it for a few months." You need someone who gets it — who's been where you are — to help you map the next move and execute it.
